Delivery & Returns

Delivery is currently only available to UK Mainland addresses, all items are delivered free of charge.
All items are quality checked prior to being packaged, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect upon delivery, and to refuse receipt of any items not in satisfactory condition. If using a third-party receiver, clients acknowledge the receiving party takes full responsibility for the condition of pieces at the point of delivery if no defects are documented directly with the carrier. On request, customers may also coordinate their own delivery directly with the carrier of their choice by making all arrangements for pick-up and packaging requirements. Carriers arranged by customers take responsibility for item condition at the point of pick-up.

If you would like to return your item for any reason then please contact us within 30 days, all custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty/damaged upon arrival and/or is deemed not as described. Please review our images and details carefully and ask as many questions as you need to in order to feel totally comfortable before making purchase. Vintage items will show their age and may not be perfect. Goods should be checked upon delivery to ensure satisfaction as we can not accept returns based on change of circumstances at a later date. Should any goods not be to the specifications agreed there is a maximum period of 7 days from when delivery has been made in order to notify Revival Decor of any concerns. Notifications should be in writing or via email to prevent any mis-understandings, email will be accepted as written notification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase provided the item has not shipped or delivered. Custom orders cannot be cancelled if work on the item has already begun.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
